Designed with your unique preferences in mind, you can set your own availability with a minimum of 8 shifts a month.

We provide you with an annual guaranteed salary and work assignments that fit your needs.

You get paid even if there are not enough needs available to meet your commitment.

Benefits of Becoming a Guaranteed Salary Veterinarian

Option for W2 or 1099 employment.
Eligible for medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, and continuing education reimbursements.

We handle all administrative services (i.e., schedule, cancellations, payroll, etc,).

I can’t imagine doing anything else besides being a veterinarian.
